Cookie:
1 c. Butter (softened)
1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
2/3 c. Corn Starch
1 c. Flour
Cream butter and powdered sugar together then stir in the corn starch and flour.
Cook at 325 degrees for 15 min. Let cool and then frost!
Frosting:
1/4 c. Butter (melted)
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Beat all ingredients together and spread on the cooled cookies.

I made these cookies and they were so delicious! The frosting is the perfect amount of lemony-ness! Really simple, too.
